Q. What if a product is
discontinued after I’ve placed my order?

in DirectBuy showrooms are continuously adding new products to their lines and
discontinuing older models. DirectBuy receives updates weekly from
manufacturers and distributes this information to showrooms to ensure product catalogs
are up-to-date and accurate for members.
If a product is discontinued
during the selection process, DirectBuy will attempt to find an acceptable
replacement product.
If a product is discontinued after you’ve placed an order,
DirectBuy will work with the manufacturer in an attempt to find an acceptable
replacement product, or, if you prefer, cancel the order and provide a full
refund.
